Most of us enjoy a good brew of tea but did you know that weather patterns driven by climate change impact on the taste of your tea? It has been found in China that longer rainy seasons can lead to a reduced quality of tea. As well as this, the tea leaves take longer to dry after these conditions which can also reduce the antioxidant properties. This all leads to a different tasting tea, and sales of the tea researched have reduced- suggesting that consumers can taste the difference.
